We produce stamping tools for cold forming.  Our offer includes a comprehensive service, from a tool design with the use of the specialist software, through production, mounting and testing of tool on presses up to 400 tonnes.

We specialise in production of stamping dies of weight up to 10 tonnes and length up to 3000 mm, among others:

  • progression press tools,
  • transfer press tools,
  • single- purpose press tools,
  • fine blanking press tools.

Technology

Solid Edge ST 2020

The basic software used at Hydomat Tools for designing a broad range of products. Thanks to Solid Edge almost everything can be created, starting from single parts to compounds of tens of thousands of parts.

Pam Stamp

This software allows for virtual tracing of the whole production process of a given part, making it possible to locate sensitive spots of the part and possible modifications in the part’s or tool’s geometry before producing first prototypes.

The software enabling quick layout of bent and stamped elements by a tool layout process.
