Complete transfer tool

We have just implemented yet another interesting project – transfer die stamping.

Transfer die stamping:

• 5 tonnes of weight,
• over 130 mm of deep draw aluminium,
• gas dampers in the system,
• pneumatic discharge of waste,
• transfer fingers and beams.

It has taken application of fifteen optical inspection systems and five pneumatic system, all connected and configured with the press.
